ClockApp – Account Deletion Policy

1. Overview
This Account Deletion Policy explains how users can delete their ClockApp account and personal data, in compliance with Google Play Account Deletion Policy and applicable laws.
2. Account Deletion Process
Users may delete their account through the app or by contacting support.
Once initiated:
- All personal and app data is permanently deleted immediately.
- There is no backup or recovery feature.
- Deletion is irreversible.
3. Data Deletion Timeline
3.1 Immediate Deletion
Upon account deletion, the following are erased:
- Personal information
- Alarm settings
- Timer history
- Customization data
3.2 Specific Data Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of specific data.
Such data will be deleted within 2 business days, as accepted by Google Play standards.
4. No Data Recovery
ClockApp does not support:
- Account recovery
- Data restoration
- Undo delete
- Backups of deleted data
Deleted data cannot be retrieved.
5. Subscription Data After Deletion
- Active subscriptions become invalid immediately.
- Remaining days are not refundable.
- Payment providers may retain data per regulations, not ClockApp.
6. Legal Compliance
Minimal data may be retained only if required by law (fraud prevention, audit logs).
All voluntarily provided personal data is deleted on request.
7. How to Request Account or Data Deletion
A. In-App Deletion
Settings → Account → Delete Account
B. Email Support
Email: support@clockapp.com
Required details:
- Registered email
- Request type: full deletion or specific-data deletion
We respond within 48 hours.
8. Confirmation
Once deletion is processed:
- User receives confirmation
- Account is permanently removed
- All data is wiped immediately
9. Changes to This Policy
This document may be updated based on Google Play rules, legal requirements, or app changes.
